this is my version of a slightly better outer barrel / tip.
i creadet this tip because in germany this reolver is sold with a tip that is flush with the body of the revolver.

important thing i have to add is that i printed it lying on the side so it wont break on you. that is most likely to happen when you print it standing on the sqare part. oh and i printed it with extrusive slicing tolerances so i would have less work sanding everything to fit.

i might add that if you want to give the fluted outerbarrel a shot i would suggest to create some thin supports under the square that actually touch the part. just like in the other barrel. you will see what i mean
