H8R suppressor

This is a functional suppressor for the air soft Umarex H8R revolver. To assemble you need some low density foam about 15 mm tall, and a hot glue gun. Note: be careful with the hot glue to not melt the filament.

Assembly Directions
Step 1 Cut the foam into circles that fit the suppressors internal diameter (about 36-37mm) enough to allow the disc to fit snugly in the body. Make 3 of these.
Step 2 Cut a small X in the middle of each disc and use a pen or drill bit it widen the hole
Step 3 Put some hot glue on the bottom side of the first disc and insert that disc to the bottom of the body
Step 4 Carefully try to get some hot glue inside the body around mid length Insert the next disc to about the middle of the body where the glue will hold it.
Step 5 Put hot glue around the inside edge at the end of the body and insert the last disc. so it is flush or slightly inset from the top of the body.
Step 6 Hot glue the cap onto the final foam disc.
