HackRVA Hat Clip

This is a laser cut clip that can be made fairly easily. This cuts out the hack.rva logo and two clips that can be press-fit together to form the completed clip.

This uses the "techno overload" font which is available [here](http://www.1001fonts.com/techno-overload-brk-font.html).

Within OpenSCAD this could be increased or decreased in size and other parameters can be modified if necessary to work with other materials.
