This is an enclosure for a battery operated Hakko 907 .

It started from the video from TechBuilder https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gd2W-boIRPo

I wanted to use my Dewalt 18V battery as the power source and a friend wanted one for a Makita Battery.

Dewalt = I used bare flat electrical terminals and they were long enough and after filled the cavity with hot glue to stabilize the terminals. To attache the top lid, I recommend warming the screws with a lighter and screwing them in will recess them.

I modified "J4nk13L Marcin Janiak" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5390437 design to fit on the lid

Makita = For the terminals I used nickle strip bent over it self twice creating 4 layers thick the appropriate length and after soldering the power wire the cavity was hot glued. I you find the strips not sturdy enough, soldering the edges would stiffen them further.

I also included the original STL's from TechBuilder
