Halberd

Halberds made for use in medieval/renaissance combat. These halberds were designed for use in the SCA cut and thrust polearm experiment (approved for use as of 2/13/2024).

-Print with TUP and Gyroid or Rectilinear infill at %10 infill to make sure the blade flexes.
-These will fit on a 1.25" diameter round shaft with a taper on the end. The halberds have a taper in the top end, starting half way up, so they don't slip down the shaft.

BEFORE YOU PRINT
-Make sure to check on how to print TPU with your printer. I have to cover my print plate with painers tape to not damage it.

-Use heat to melt the layers together to increase long term durability. I currently use a heatgun, used for shrinkwrap. If you find a better method please let me know. If there is only a break at a print seam or a crack you can use heat to repair the halberd.
