Half White Tail Skull

So. After some thought. I have some sheds that have no matching horn. Decide to chop my skull in Half and add some simple wall hanger holes and a slot for a single antler to be mounted. My plan is to mount it on nice piece of stained, and epoxy coated slab of bark and be hung on the wall. Being similar to the full mount. I would make sure the antler is flat where they mushroom out. Drill a hole near center, Attach the antler to the model with a wood screw or your choice of screw, and leave it a little loose. get the antler where you want it positioned. Then tighten the screw. I have went further with mine and filled half the round cavity with some 2 part glue, so once its on and dries it cant move anymore. If you want the skull facing the other direction.
