Hall Endstop Mounts for Delta Printer

These are straight-forward endstop holders for Sainsmart Hall endstop sensors. I figured is was time to take them off the shelf and design holders to adapt them to a 2040 aluminum extrusion format for a 1M Delta Printer (https://github.com/electronlove/DeltaSpasm).
The carriage is a remix from Norwegian Creations magnetic ball joint carriage with the addition of a mounting point for magnets (https://www.norwegiancreations.com/2018/01/building-a-large-kossel-delta-printer-pt-7-design-files/)
- Hall endstop holders can be printed at 35% infill (4 bottom and top layers). The carriages should be printed at 100% infill for strength.
- I used a 5/16" drill bit (~ 8mm) to clear out the hole to glue (two-part epoxy) magnets in place. Magnets were purchased from Home Depot (0.3" x 0.11" neodymium magnets) but the width was a bit larger than 0.3" in diameter.
- M3 screws all around for holding the endstops in place. With the magnets, they trigger at ~ 10mm which should be accep
