Here is a remix of the Halloween Ghost Keychain made by (hardprint2018).https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626050 I added a little bit of color to the eyes and mouth to bring out some contrast. I think it looks super cute now. You just need a small keychain afterward. Good printing!
