Video: You will need super glue. Install the bottom side first. 1.Install and glue the racks, make sure the notches are pointing upwards.2. Glue 4 of the guides together. Make sure there is no excess glue that can end up gluing the guides to the glue guide. Use the “glue guide” to place the glued guides so they are aligned, and the glue guide will also compress them and hold them together. Once set you can repeat it again.3. Glue the finished guides into the holes in the bottom side of the smith machine. Then use some glue and slide the Joiners from the top of the guides to the bottom of the smith rack and press them into the circular holes.4. Install the stoppers/safety stoppers.5. Press in the barbell and the rotating barbell parts.6. Slide the combined parts from above onto the guides.7. Glue the top part to the smith machine with all the assembled components.
