Hamburger Press

This press was created since I was not able to find a perfectly working press which allows me to really easy remove a perfectly formed patty.
In my opinion there is only one suitable way to do it: After pressing the patty simply remove the press and the mold and the patty remains on your cutting board.
I suggest to press all patties side by side and put them together with the cutting board into the freezer for at least 1 hour.

To get already packed, perfectly formed, patties:
1. Cover the mold with a sheet of wrapping film.
2. Insert the meat.
3. Cover the mold with another wrapping film.
4. Press the patty.
5. Bend the borders of the wrapping film into the mold.
6. Press the patty again.
7. Remove the Press and the mold.

If needed glue the "Press_Modification" part together with the Press. It allows to automatically form a dimple in the middle of the patty.
For me the base version without modification is working perfectly.
