This is a pressing handle for training the hand with pressure exerted by a rubber band (one or two depending on the level of difficulty we want) that wraps around the grooves at the top of each handle, the tighter the wrapping around the grooves, the harder the pressing will be. The product is adjusted to hand size, mainly for children, but of course it can also be used by anyone.
