Hand Held Door opener

Altered the "Deri" door opener to function better in my work environment.

-Removed the keyhole for more strength.
-Added an indented button pusher to fit the keypad buttons without sliding off.
-Altered the handle grip.
-Made the lanyard hole bigger.
