Holds a bottle of hand soap and catches any water/soap drips to prevent your counter from getting messy. Struts support the bottle so that water can pool and drain through the spout.
Remix of the design by pen2tw, with the key change being the added struts.
The strut diameter is roughly 3", so scale it in the XY direction to match your soap bottle.
