Ever notice how most hand soap dispensers dispense about double the soap you need to wash your hands? I don't think that's an accident; I think it's designed to make you go through soap faster so you have to buy more.
This clips onto any 10mm dispenser neck and cuts the "dose" in half, which is still plenty.
