Hand Spinner

The ideal gadget for office, on the way and at home. This fidget spinner can help in case of stress, unrest and nervousness. Not suitable for children under an age of 3 years! Notes: The ball bearing is designed as simple as possible by myself, and without any clearance between its components. The ball diameter is 3,5 mm. The spinner, the two covers and the ball cage are made of »PP« (Polypropylene). The press fits of the two covers are shown in the model with a radial oversize of 0,1 mm. The three metall rings can made of anodized copper, to get a maximum moment of inertia. In place of the three metal rings you can use three further ball bearings. The first (.gif)-animation shows a spinning with a tumbling movement. The second (.gif)-animation shows a spinning about an excentric axis. This motion can realized too, with your hand - holding the hand spinner in the right place - between two fingers. It's quite easily to do. Try it out, if you would like!
