Help soldering and detail model painting for shaky hands joints. Can choose between having a lid or leave it open. Open option gives you more range of motion.

Print setting

PLA+
0.4 Nozzle
0.2 Layer Height
15% infill, bigger hand may prefer more infill/weight.

Notes

No Support needed, see picture for orientation of models. Make sure lay shaft flat. Can replace shaft with metal M8 screw for more stiffness.
Adjust length by adjusting screw in amount or cut off the shaft as needed
Added hand tight nuts as needed. Can add to bottom of handle and/or top of ball to help fix the length. Likely not needed if your printer prints dimensionally correct.
Can add grease before assemble to increase smoothness. Feels ok to me without grease
