Handheld Fan Blade

This is the basic fan blade for Jane Judith Jocelyn's hand fan from the Trinity Blood manga, in the comic she uses 11 blades, but yrmv. The curly edge is raised, as is the spine of the blade, For the first and last blade you can add the needed flatback gems with adhesives, and the tassel should hold the bottom together without the addition of a brad.
