Handheld Microtome

**General**
Adjusted the original design to specific dimensions (washer, tube, bolt)
You can tweak it to your liking as the (FreeCad) design is included.

**Workflow automation**
The STL export and gcode generation workflow is, more or less, automated with make. Attached are the makefile and FreeCAD python script used. You will have to adjust these to your configuration. E.g. the paths used pertain to my specific setup.
