I designed this part for my handicapped daughter-in-law. She uses her handicap tag daily, and the tag wears rather quickly without some protection.
The parts were printed all in one go on my Prusa MK3S. They were printed vertically with supports to make sure the joint pieces and the slot shapes were preserved
