handle for kurt style vise... sorry I only drew what I needed to make the handle, full 3d model later later came later... close enough for now. I usually bore or ream the hole .3745" and press a 3/8 dowel pin in I used some 3/4" stock to make this part, in the first op I used talon grip style vise jaws (modeled up and shared here) so I could get below the .600" thickness. If I were using a standard vise I might make the part finish at .55 or .575 to get a little clearance between vise jaw and the cutter. and... I made the larger end with flats so I could face it off in second op with standard vise jaws by using some 5/16 keys on both side of the small end. No soft jaw needed. I'm big on ease of manufacturing.
