this is a fully adjustable headlight mount compatable with most small flashlights and most bicycle handlebars. it features a tight ball and socket joint for full 360 degree movement of flashlights without letting them swivle on thier own. it is held on both ends with a tight clip on that won't fall off, but can be easily removed by hand.
