When you're playing HandPan, you may put it on your legs or not. If a support is needed and you create your own, you can't put your HandPan direct on the tubes.
This part is the end I put on th tube to protect the HandPan, but also to reduce the possible influence on instrument vibration whan playing.

The best is to print is with smooth material as Ninjaflex or similar material resistance.
