A handy strainer for pouring out the water after cooking pasta, rice or vegetables. Easy to just rinse after use, keep on a hook near the kitchen sink.
It comes in three different sizes:
- a small version for pots up to a diameter of 18.7 cm (7.3")
- a bigger one for pots up to 23 cm (9.1")
- a huge* one for pots up to 26 cm (10.2")
(* "huge" meaning as big you get on a 25 x 21 cm build plate...)
Total length of the models is 273 / 284 mm, so they won't fit very small build plates. Fits the Prusa Mk2/Mk3 (25x21cm) when rotated diagonally.
This must be printed with a material that can take heat. I used PC (polycarbonate) for this, other alternatives could be ColorFabb HT, or some of the high-temp PLA filaments that can be annealed in the oven after printing. ABS should work as well, but that might not be food safe. 100% infill is also important for hygienic reasons.
When slicing the smaller version, think about the orientation of the longer handle and mirror the model
