hangable bin

a bin which hangs on DIN rail, and also on pegboard. [stackable, hangable, din-mountable] The design originates from manufacturer Akro-Mils, and was imitated and modeled by McMaster Carr, and further modified by me. My modifications: ►cleanup CAD model with feature names & folders ► add wire geometry for peg board hanging ► add color for the STONE color variation by AKM You can use 6-gauge copper bent at 90 degrees with pliers to achieve the fit in pegboard (just 4 bends). I measured the stone colored bin at 68 grams, heavier than blue at 58 grams. I sense it is heavier and more durable, and it's preferred for seeing parts in the bin. ► Build the custom Wire: Lengths: 15, 20, 100, 20, 15 mm segments between bends.
