This is a school project for mechanical engineers we did on OsloMet, the autumn semester 2018. Just a hanging bearing, which in real life was built to carry an axle with a static 35 kN load. It was originally made in S235, but I wanted to 3d-print it just to show what 3d-printing can do for actual prototyping and visualisation.
The nuts need to be oversized by 5% (105%) to get a smooth and not stick that much to each other. It's not meant to hold any huge static forces or to be used as a replacement for an actual steel object. Choose your infill and layer height. I used 20% and 0.16mm on my Ender 3.
