Hanging spool holder

A simple spool holder design that fits standard size filament rolls. It uses a broomstick handle/ wood dovel. The clearance hole for the wood dovel is 25mm diameter. The retainer clamps should be printed in a material like PETG to be a bit flexible, and they need to be scaled down if you use a wood dovel that has a diameter less than 25mm.
