If you've ever used the Harbor Freight Hex Key Set for any amount of time you know how frustrating it is to put a hex key back into its slot/hole... you always have to wiggle the handle around trying to put the key through the bottom hole.
I decided to print an alignment block so once I put the key through the top hole it goes in to the vertical hole of the alignment block which narrows like a funnel so the key naturally guided to the bottom hole (see the cut away shot of the model). Not only that. I modeled the bottom hole in a hex shape, so it helps rotate the handle as it drops so it is parallel with all the other T-Handles.
You don't even need to glue the block in place, it only takes a couple of keys sitting in the block to keep the entire block aligned with the holders holes. So as long as you keep a few keys in the block you don't need to do anything to keep the block in place.
The picture of the block I uploaded is in two colors... black and silver.
