Hardinge Lathe Smoke Extractor

If you want to avoid breathing the smoke from overheated oil or coolant or mist, and you have a Hardinge lathe, print this. Attach a 3" hose to some sort of suction, ideally a mist collector. Dust collectors, vacuums or fans will also work. Video shows just how great it can be.

Geometry from a 3D scan. Screws onto the spindle nose guard with 10-32 flat head screws. Threaded inserts from McMaster Carr.

The one I have was printed on a RAISE printer at work, which I think was a waste of money compared to my Ender 3 at home.
