Harken Cam cleat riser. Print with a lot of infill if you want it to be sturdy. This is modeled after their original 3D drawing that you can get from their website free. Theirs is metal and hollow, I made it solid and printable. I have printed it out of ASA, it is even stronger and UV resistant.
