I designed this on fusion 360, the part that connects is 8mm wide and it fits snuggly on my headphones. Feel free to remix to fit your headphones or send me a message and I can do it for you. I printed them on the side to make the part where it connects to the headphones stronger. I'm using an Ender 3 printer, I used 5% desnsity on the supports and i used a lign pattern with the supports set to "Touching buildplate" on Cura.
