Header Card Folder - No Supports

This is a very simple header card folder, the score line is 1mm deep which is adequate for 180gsm to 220 gsm card which I print using my laser printer. I have used 2mm pins as the locators, but you could also use 2mm machine screws as long as the friction is not too much. I have used 4mm x 8mm springs for the lifting mechanism - this makes it easier to use, simply press down with a finger and score. I have not included a bone scorer, I recommend one of the many found on this site.I have shown the two parts in different colors, the tool doesn't need this - it was easier to show that's all.
