An offset so the headlight on the Tenways CGO 600 Pro bicycle is angled upwards more.
For more information about the process, check the following link (text in Dutch): https://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_message/80738756
The step-by-step guide refers to the images in the post-printing section.
- Remove foam pads and screws to take out the light (as far as the cable allows) (image 1, 2)
- Remove glue from nuts on the light and slide them forwards. This causes the light to stick out slightly from the frame so it can be tilted upwards. (image 3, 4)
- Drill the holes in the side of the frame 1mm larger (to 4.5mm). This allows the light to tilt a bit more. (image 5)
- Cut the bottom of this print so it can pass over the light (the light itself is hard to remove due to the placement of the connector of the wire) (image 6)
- Place a drop of glue on the underside to keep it in place (image 7)
