This project involves the complete 3D design of adjustable headphones, including all individual components. The design features a fully functional and ergonomic structure, with an adjustable headband, ear cups, internal drivers, padding, wiring paths, and mechanical joints. Each part—whether structural, functional, or aesthetic—was carefully modeled to ensure proper fit, assembly, and comfort. The project includes: Custom-designed mechanical parts (headband, sliders, hinges) Ergonomic ear cup design with space for electronic components Cushioning and material consideration for comfort Exploded views and assembly structure Ready-for-manufacturing 3D files
