just up scale by abit idk how much of abit is but you need to upscale for sure
i didnt and i had to use heatgun to make it wider

the #headphone2 stl file should be fine
this is not adjustable so yep
you just need to measure the length you need then slice it in the software
or you will have to use soldering iron like me to cut to the length that you want

headphone2 stl file once print it will be a friction fit
connect headphone2 model into the designated slot on the band by hotglue
