I found that a lot of the holders on Thingiverse were bulky or overkill with the cable management, I just have some simplest BT Headphones that I needed to hang.
you can hang it with double-sided tape or with screws, although one of the screw holes are annoying to get to (I just used a wrench and a small bit)

make sure the flat face is on the base, this will ensure that the double-sided tape or screws will make the holder flush to the table
