I have an autonomous AI desk and did not want to use Screws to mound the headphone holder.

Therefore, I remixed the headphone holder from Thingster and added a horizontal wedge
Once printed, you'll simply install this between table board & metal frame. The wedge is 2.3mm and it will fit tight

If you opt to use screws, you can use with M4 countersink screws (ISO 10642).

Accomodates headphones with up to 40 mm wide headbands.
