Original design from Jakooby headset hanger V1.5. Kudos to him for this great design

Based on the experience with the Jakooby Headset Hanger V1.5 I added a few features that were useful in my case:
1)Knurl on the screw head
2) Ball joint and pletin to be able to adjust to different angles and have more contact surface with the table.
3) increased the height of the hanger in 15mm. Original height is also available.
4) spot face added on the hanger to partially account for the additional height due to the ball joint.
