I made this headset stand for my facebook community (gamer community germany). Its branded with the gcg logo but i also included a blanc version of the base where you can put your own 3dprinted logo on it.
The headset stand consists of 4 parts (and an additional blanc base):
The base:
There is a version suitable for the gcg logo and a blanc version
- You should use support but i also did (accidentally) a print without supports and it worked. But with or without support you may need to file the part a little bit, so that the pillar fits in perfectly.
- You can use 0,2 resolution, but the base looks way better with 0,12, but that extends the printing time to about 6 or 7 hours.
- Use 20-30 % infill, just as you like it
The pillar:
- Maybe you need to rotate this part that it fits on your bed.
- You should use supports (and maybe you should use brim if you have problems with the adhesion of your support lines)
- Print with 0,2 resolution is sufficient
