Headset Stem Cap with Integrated Spacer

Simple road bike stem cap with an integrated 10mm spacer. Fits 1 1/8" forks. This provides a cleaner solution for bikes with carbon forks that need a spacer above the stem.

Version 3 adds a stepped profile to make it look more interesting and adds additional material to the top face. The chamfer for the screw hole is also increased.
