Heart Ear Saver

I liked this design, but when I sliced it in PrusaSlicer I noticed some perimeters were showing up inside the model, so I edited those out. (Not sure if this was the case with other slicers)

First picture is the old version with inner perimeters.
Second picture is my remix.
