Saw a heart shaped gem on GrabCad by https://grabcad.com/taras.s
Liked it but wanted something more flat so I modified the file.
Printed using spiral mode as a single layer wide and 0% infill using translucent red PLA.
Still need to tweak the settings a little for better prints.
