You can either print a hollow heart or a solid heart. If you print it in something elastic like TPU I recommend you print a hollow heart so you can squeeze your heart to make it beat. If you print a hardened heart I recommend printing the solid heart since that will also print faster.

There is no support required. If you are not sure about overhangs printing with your printer you could also add a bit of support. You might also want to print a raft to have everything stick to the platform.

For the post processing of my TPU heart I used a heatgun and quickly went over it to smooth it and getting rid of strings. You have to be careful though, with not melting it and not breathing it in. Mask and ventilation should be used!
