Heat stake insert tool collar

I use quite a few heat set inserts at work and we have always had issues getting the inserts perpendicular when using a soldering iron and "eyeballing" it. I found a cheap "drill press" stand online for use with rotary tools such as dremels. (I actually purchased the stand for $18. If you look around, you can find them for different prices but they all seem to be exactly the same.

We also purchased a soldering iron from McMaster carr and all of the insert tools that were available.
