Enclosure for the following heatbed relay board:

The relay board works as advertised with my Printrbot Simple Metal (printrboard rev F5). Make sure to connect the leads from the printer control board following the polarity shown in the diagram. A heated bed doesn't care about polarity, but the relay control board does and will pop if connected incorrectly.
4 x M3 screws between 12-18mm required for assembly, or maybe some rubber bands.
