Yamaha heated grips bar end cap. I lost mine and was unable to source a replacement so here we are. Hopefully this will help the next guy.

This replaces Yamaha part number 90793-6665Q (L270).

Printed with ELEGOO Mars 2 Pro using AnyCubic Tough Resin. I don't see why this wouldn't work with a filament printer, though it may need supports.
