This particular hook is holding about 15kg 24/7 for over a year now, so I just thought, that I might share this my creation with you :D
For the maximum stiffness I used a filament with tiny fibers - they help distribute the load evenly across the layers. I used 1mm nozzle and 0,4mm layer height, it was printed sideways with supports.
