I originally designed this stand to be a decorative and durable display stand for my 25-pound rubber band ball. However, it could be used to hold any large and/or heavy objects. It is designed to hold a spherical object, so it is ideal for basketballs, soccer balls, softballs, volley balls, etc. However, it can hold any shape that can be balanced on it. There are 2 versions of the stand. One with a narrow grip and one with a wide grip. The stands can also be scaled to accommodate your needs.
