Helical Focuser Adapter

A helical focus adapter made pecifical to mount a SVBONY SV161 1.25 inch Double Helical Focuser to an Orion Starblast 4.5 114mm Newtonian telescope. it might work with other similar telescopes.

This is meant to mount the SV161 that has m31 threads, there are also versions with m36 threads.

With the primary mirror moved as far forward as the stock scope hardware will allow I have been able to get focus with a 2x barlow on a dslr with a t-ring adapter. It can also get focus at the other end with a normal eyepiece.

I recommend you print it with the top of the treads facing up so that the start of the threads are cleaner. Use supports.
