This is a study of the operation of a variable pitch propeller.
This model is freely available to adjust or modify the assembly to suit your use.
You still have the choice to adapt the motorization, the servo-motor as well as the fixing of the set on your model.
I recommend that you glue all the ball bearings to the plastic structures to avoid problems when operating the propeller, a balance of the blades is imperative to avoid vibrations.
Non-printable element necessary for the realization:
-axis 3mm diameter, 85mm long.
-axis 2mm diameter, 75mm long.
-4 ball bearings D int 3mm, D ext 6mm, E 2.5mm.
-4 ball bearings D int 10mm, D ext 15mm, E 4mm.
-3 screws of 1.5mm diameter 5.5mm long
