Helios 4 1.3" OLED case

[Helios4](https://wiki.kobol.io/) is a NAS server from Kobol. It supports displaying system information on OLED displays over I2C.
I have designed little case, that is inserted into the front panel of the server and contains 1.3" OLED display like this [one](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1PCS-1-3-OLED-module-white-color-128X64-1-3-inch-OLED-LCD-LED-Display-Module/32683739839.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dmS9MJb).
All you need is a rubber band, that secures the case to the server and two M3x8mm screws.
I had to change the headers on the OLED display with angled one.
Update 11.03.2019 v2: Added little notches on the case, so it does not open.
